How we write
Every guide, review and comparison on this site is written by the people who run InboxKit: the team that provisions Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Azure mailboxes, manages their DNS, and watches their bounce rates and inbox placement every day. We write about problems we have had to solve for our own customers, not topics picked from a keyword list.
Pricing and feature claims about other tools come from their public pages at the time of writing, and each article shows when it was last reviewed. When a vendor changes a plan or a feature, we update the page rather than leave the old numbers up.
